Radiologist

Job Description:

Sawgrass Healthcare is seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiologist to join our team in Ohio. As a Radiologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services, interpreting results, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the best possible patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret a wide variety of diagnostic imaging results, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, and mammograms.

• Work closely with physicians, surgeons, and healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely diagnostic information for patient care.

• Ensure all imaging procedures are conducted in compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols.

• Communicate findings and results to referring physicians and assist in the formulation of treatment plans.

• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss patient care and diagnosis.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of radiology techniques, technologies, and advances in the field.

• Provide excellent patient care by explaining procedures and easing any concerns patients may have.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

• Completion of an accredited radiology residency program.

• Board certification in Radiology.

• Active medical license in the state of Ohio or the ability to obtain one.

• Strong experience in interpreting diagnostic images (X-rays, CT, MRI, etc.).

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
